Proactive Support At Network Agents, we strive for proactive rather than reactive support. We provide monthly checks of your server. The Server Health Check (SHC) is a consultancy service designed to provide a detailed analysis of how your server is performing. The output of this analysis is a report providing valuable information on the configuration of the system and the current performance and capacity of the server. Remote Assistance Network Agents has the functionality to provide immediate technical support to users experiencing technical difficulties. Once the request is made, the system administrator from Network Agents can take over the user's desktop, identify the problem and implement a fix. Helpdesk Our help desk is available for all users during normal business hours. If you require support outside these hours we have technical staff on call to assist any situation.
