The Server Health Check (SHC) is a consultancy service designed to provide a detailed analysis of how your server is performing. Remote Assistance Network Agents has the functionality to provide immediate technical support to users experiencing technical difficulties. Once the request is made, the system administrator from Network Agents can take over the user's desktop, identify the problem and implement a fix. Helpdesk Our help desk is available for all users during normal business hours. If you require support outside these hours we have technical staff on call to assist any situation.
